What is Zammad?

Installation

    Download Package

    Download the latest release as a .szpm file.

    Navigate to Package Management

    Go to Administration → Packages and press Select File.

    Install Package

    Select the downloaded .szpm file and click Install Package.

    Select SMS Provider

    Go to Administration → SMS → SMS Notifications and select seven.
