IceHrm

Extract archive

Call up settings
Go to
Administration → Seven → Settings. - 3
Enter API key
Enter YOUR_API_KEY and press
Submit.

ATTENTION: If you do not specify anything in the Filter or to field, the SMS or voice message will be sent to all employees.
SMS Settings
Filter
Here you can also filter by status, country, job title and employment status. You can combine the filters. The filter settings are overwritten if you make an entry in the 'to' field.
Flash
Select to send the message as a Flash SMS.
Performance Tracking
Select to enable our performance tracking for a link in the SMS.
Delay
Delayed sending, specify the desired sending time in Unix timestamp or in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:ii.
Foreign ID
Enter a value that will be returned during the callback. Maximum 64 characters, allowed characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, .-_@
Sender
Name of the sender, maximum eleven alphanumeric characters or 16 digits.
Label
Specify a label to use as a filter in your analysis.
Recipients
Overrides the input in filters and sends to the recipients specified in this field. Possible entries are numbers as well as contacts from your Seven address book.
Text
The text of your message. By default, you have 160 characters per SMS, for Unicode messages it is 70 characters per SMS. Sending concatenated SMS is generally possible, but may fail in certain target countries.
Voice Settings
Filter
You can also filter by status, country, job title, and employment status here. The filter settings are overridden if you make an entry in the Recipients field.
Sender
Name of the sender, maximum 16 digits.
XML
Select this option if XML data is present in the text field.
Recipients
Overrides the input in Filter and sends to the recipients specified in this field. Possible entries are numbers as well as contacts from your Seven address book.
Text
The text of your message in plain text or XML data.
